जीवो विनयितासाक्षी मुकुन्दोऽमितविक्रम: । अम्भोनिधिरनन्तात्मा महोदधिशयोऽन्तक: ।। 55 ।। 513. जीव: (jīvaḥ) = Living presence, that animates and activates the body through pranas. 514.विनयितासाक्षी (vinayitāsākṣīḥ) = Witness of the humility of devotees. 515. मुकुन्द: (mukundaḥ) = Bestower of liberation. 516. अमितविक्रम: (amitvikramaḥ) = One with unlimited power and valour, with immeasurable gait. 517. अम्भोनिधि: (ambhonidhiḥ) = One in whom all beings from Devas and the rest dwell. 518. अनन्तात्मा (anantātmā) = One infinite in potential and dimension. 519. महोदधिशय: (mahodadhiśayaḥ) = who remains afloat even in deluge.520. अन्तक: (antakaḥ) = who brings about the end of all. |
अजो महार्ह: स्वाभाव्यो जितामित्र: प्रमोदन: । आनन्दो नन्दनो नन्द: सत्यधर्मा त्रिविक्रम: ।। 56 ।। 521. अजो (ajo) = 'A' means Mahavishnu. So the word means one who is born of Vishnu i.e. Kama Deva. 522. महार्ह: (mahārhaḥ) = One who is fit for great worship. 523. स्वाभाव्य: (svābhāyaḥ) = Seated in his own nature. 524. जितामित्र: (jitāmitraḥ) = One who has conquered the inner enemies like attachment, anger, etc. as also external enemies like Ravana, Kumbhakarna, etc.. 525. प्रमोदन: (pramodanaḥ) = Always joyous and bestowing joy. 526. आनन्द: (ānandaḥ) = One blissful. 527. नन्दन: (nandanaḥ) = One who delights. 528. नन्द: (nandaḥ) = One endowed exceedingly with all attainments. 529. सत्यधर्मा (satyadharmā) = Having truthfulness as his attribute. 530. त्रिविक्रम: (trivikramaḥ) = Who transcends the three worlds |

भगवान् भगहानन्दी वनमाली हलायुध: । आदित्यो ज्योतिरादित्य: सहिष्णुर्गतिसत्तम: ।। 60 ।। 558. भगवान् (bhagavān) = One with all the six excellences, 559. भगहा (bhagahā) = One who retracts the above excellences in the wake of dissolution. 560. आनन्दी (ānandī) = One blissful in nature. 561. वनमाली (vanamālī) = One wearing the garland, called Vaijayanti, made of wild flowers. 562. हलायुध: (halāyudhaḥ) = One wielding the plough as weapon, as depicted by Balarāma. 563. आदित्य: (ādityaḥ) = One born of Āditi as Vāmana. 564. ज्योतिरादित्य: (jyotirādityaḥ) = One dwelling in the orb of sun.565. सहिष्णु: (sahiṣṇuḥ) = One forbearing pairs of opposites like heat and cold. 566. गतिसत्तम: (gatisattamaḥ) = The final support of all, and the greatest of all beings. |
सुधन्वा खण्डपरशुर्दारुणो द्रविणप्रद: । दिविस्पृक् सर्वदृग्व्यासो वाचस्पतिरयोनिज: ।। 61 ।। 567. सुधन्वा (sudhanvā) = One with Sharnga, the weapon of rare excellence. 568. खण्डपरशु: (khaṇḍaparaśuḥ) = One with the war axe to destroy enemies. 569. दारुण: (dāruṇaḥ) = One unrelenting and merciless to the evil-mongers. 570. द्रविणप्रद: (draviṇapradaḥ) = One bestowing wealth on devotees. 571. दिव:स्पृक् (divaḥspṛk) = One touching the heavens by his gait. 572. सर्वदृग्व्यास: (sarvadṛgvyāsaḥ) = One who comprehends everything and all. 573. वाचस्पतिरयोनिज: (vācaspatiryonijaḥ) = One who has mastered all learning, also not born of a mother. |
त्रिसामा सामग: साम निर्वाणं भेषजं भिषक् । संन्यासकृच्छम: शान्तो निष्ठा शान्ति परायणम् ।। 62 ।। 574. त्रिसामा (trisāmā) = One adored by Sāma-veda reciters through Devavratam, the triple sāmas. 575. सामग: (sāmagaḥ) = One who recites the Sāma-gāna. 576. साम (sāma) = He who is Sāma among Vedas. 577. निर्वाणम् (nivāṇam) = That wherein all torments cease, which is characterized by the ultimate bliss. 578. भेषजम् (bheṣajam) = Medicine to relive malady of worldliness. 579. भृषक् (bhṛṣak) = The physician who relieves the disease of worldliness, 580. संन्यासकृत् (saṅyāskṛt) = The author of Sannyasa for the attainment of liberation. 581. सम: (samaḥ) = The ordainer of placidity as the paramount discipline for Sannyasins (ascetics). 582. शान्त: (śantaḥ) = Quiescent, devoid of fondness in worldly pleasures. 583. निष्ठा (niṣṭhā) = One in whom rest all beings during cosmic dissolution. 584. शान्ति: (śantiḥ) = One in whom there is full recession of ignorance, avidya; namely Brahman. 585. परायणम् (parāyaṇam) = The highest refuge, whence none returns to lower planes. |
शुभांग: शान्तिद: स्रष्टा कुमुद: कुवलेशय: । गोहितो गोपतिर्गोप्ता वृषभाक्षो वृषप्रिय: ।। 63 ।। 586. शुभांग: (śubhāṅgaḥ) = One with exquisitely comely body. 587. शान्तिद: (śāntidaḥ) = One showering redemption from delusional clinging, hostility, etc. 588. स्रष्टा (srṣṭā) = One instituting everything at the start of creation. 589. कुमुद: (kumudaḥ) = One rejoicing in the earth. 590. कुवलेशय: (kuvaleśayaḥ) = One lying on water that surrounds earth. 591. गोहित: (gohitaḥ) = He who befriended the cows by protecting them 592. गोपति: (gopatiḥ) = Vishnu, the the Lord of earth. 593. गोप्त: (goptāḥ) = One protecting the entire earth. 594. वृषभाक्ष: (vṛṣabhākṣaḥ) = One who by his glance showers all desirable objects. 595. वृषप्रिय: (vṛṣapriyaḥ) = One who cherishes dharma. |
अनिवर्ती निवृत्तात्मा संक्षेप्ता क्षेमकृच्छिव: । श्रीवत्सवक्षा: श्रीवास: श्रीपति: श्रीमतां वर: ।। 64 ।। 596. अनिवर्ती (anivartī) = One who never recoils from dharma and dharmic ventures. 597. निवृत्तात्मा (nivṛttātmā) = One given to recede from sensory objects and involvement. 598. संक्षेप्ता (sankṣeptā) = One who compacts the extensive universe into its subtle form at the time of cosmic dissolution. 599. क्षेमकृत्: (kṣemakṛt) = One giving protection to whatever His devotees have. 600. शिव: (śivaḥ) = One given to purify those remembering Him. 601. श्रीवत्सवत्साः (śrīvatsavatsāḥ) = One with the mark of Shrivatsa on his chest. 602. श्रीवासः (śrīvāsaḥ) = One with Shridevi dwelling in his heart. 603. श्रीपतिः (śrīpatiḥ) = One who is the consort of Shri, Mahalakshmi. 604. श्रीमतां वरः (śrīmatāṁ varaḥ) = One who is supreme among all deities possessing power and wealth. |
श्रीद: श्रीश: श्रीनिवास: श्रीनिधि: श्रीविभावन: । श्रीधर: श्रीकर: श्रेय: श्रीमॉंल्लोकत्रयाश्रय: ।। 65 ।। 605. श्रीद: (śrīdaḥ) = One who showers wealth on devotees. 606. श्रीश: (śrīśaḥ) = The Lord of Goddess Śri. 607. श्रीनिवास: (śrīnivāsaḥ) = Dwelling in the prosperous. 608. श्रीनिधि: (śrīnidhiḥ) = The abode of virtue and power. 609. श्रीविभावन: (śrīvibhāvanaḥ) = Awarder of all kinds of prosperity and virtue compatible with their actions. 610. श्रीधर: (śrīdharaḥ) = One bearing the mother of all in his chest. 611. श्रीकर: (śrīkaraḥ) = One making those who praise, think about and worship Him, virtuous and powerful. 612. श्रेय: (śreyaḥ) = Attainment of what is un-decaying. 613. श्रीमान् (śrīmān) = One who embodies all kinds of Shri, namely goodness, beauty, power, etc. 614. लोकत्रयाश्रयः (lokatrayāśrayaḥ) = One who supports all the three worlds. |
स्वक्ष: स्वंग: शतानंदो नन्दिर्ज्योतिर्गणेश्वर: । विजितात्मा विधेयात्मा सत्कीर्तिश्छिन्नसंशय: ।। 66 ।। 615. स्वक्ष: (svakṣaḥ) = One whose eyes are enchanting like lotus flowers. 616. स्वंग: (svangaḥ) = One whose limbs are handsome. 617. शतानंद: (śatānandaḥ) = One whose singular bliss divided hundredfold. 618. नन्दि: (nandiḥ) = One who is bliss condensed. 619. ज्योतिर्गणेश्वरः (jyotirgaṇeśvaraḥ) = The Lord of the aggregate of stars. 620. विजितात्मा (vijitātmā) = Who has conquered the mind. 621. अविधेयात्मा (avidheyātmā) = Whose nature cannot be subdued by anyone. 622. सत्कीर्तिः (sat-kīrtiḥ) = Who has the fame of being true. 623. छिन्नसंशयः (chinnasaṁśayaḥ) = Who is free of all doubts, is an embodiment of clarity. |
उदीर्ण: सर्वतश्चक्षुरनीश: शाश्वतस्थिर: । भूशयो भूषणो भूतिर्विशोक: शोकनाशन: ।। 67 ।। 624. उदीर्ण: (udeerṇaḥ) = Who excels all beings. 625. सर्वतश्चक्षुः (sarvataḥ-chakṣuḥ) = Who, being Consciousness, is all-eyed and can see everything and all. 626. अनीशः (anīśaḥ) = Who has none to control him. 627. शाश्वतः-स्थिरः (śāśvataḥ-sthiraḥ) = Who is eternal as well as unchanging. 628. भूशयः (bhūśayaḥ) = Who, while crossing over to Lanka, had to lie on the sea-shore. 629. भूषणः (bhūṣaṇaḥ) = Who, by various incarnations, ornamented the Earth. 630. भूतिः (bhūtiḥ) = Who sources and is also is the essence of all glories. 631. विशोकः (viśokaḥ) = One free from all grief and torment. 632. शोकनाशनः (śokanāśanaḥ) = One who wipes off all afflictions of devotees. |
आर्चिष्मानर्चित: कुंभो विशुद्धात्मा विशोधन: । अनिरुद्धोऽप्रतिरथ: प्रद्युम्नोऽमितविक्रम: ।। 68 ।। 633. आर्चिष्मान् (archiṣmān) = He who bestows sun, moon and other heavenly bodies with luminosity. 634. अर्चितः (architaḥ) = One who is worshipped by one and all. 635. कुम्भः (kumbhaḥ) = He who comprehends everything in Himself as as in a pitcher. 636. विशुद्धात्मा (viśuddhātmā) = Wholesomely pure being devoid of Sattva, Rajas and Tamas. 637. विशोधनः (viśodhanaḥ) = One who cleanses all through their remembrance of him. 638. अनिरुद्धः (aniruddhaḥ) = One who cannot be restrained. 639. अप्रतिरथः (apratirathaḥ) = One with no adversary. 640. प्रद्युम्नः (pradyumnaḥ) = One with superior wealth. 641. अमितविक्रमः (amitavikramaḥ) = One with boundless valour. |
कालनेमिनिहा वीर: शौरि: शूरजनेश्र्वर: । त्रिलोकात्मा त्रिलोकेश: केशव: केशिहा हरि: ।। 69 ।। 642. कालनेमिनिहा (kālaneminihā) = He who killed demon Kaalanemi. 643. वीर: (vīraḥ) = He who valiant and resolute. 644. शौरी (shaurī) = Born in the Shoora clan. 645. शूरजनेश्र्वर: (śūrajaneśvaraḥ) = Controlling Lord of all heroic and powerful persons. 646. त्रिलोकात्मा (trilokātmā) = The Soul of all three worlds. 647. त्रिलोकेश: (trilokeśaḥ) = The Lord controlling every one in the three worlds. 648. केशव: (keśavaḥ) = The source and support of sunlight. 649. केशिहा (keśihā) = Slayer of the asura Keshi. 650. हरि: (hariḥ) = Destroyer of material and sentient causes of worldliness. |
कामदेव: कामपाल: कामी कांत: कृतागम: । अनिर्देश्यवपुर्विष्णुर्वीरोऽनंतो धनंजय: ।। 70 ।। 651. कामदेव: (kāmadevaḥ) = One desired by those seeking dharma, artha, kaama and moksha. 652. कामपाल: (kāmapālaḥ) = One who protects the desireful lot. 653. कामी (kāmī) = One whose desires are fulfilled. 654. कांत: (kāntaḥ) = One with the best of comliness. 655. कृतागम: (kṛtāgamaḥ) = The source of all scriptures like shruti, smriti etc. 656. अनिर्देश्यवपु: (anirdeśyavapuḥ) = One with undescribable form. 657. विष्णु: (viṣṇuḥ) = One with brilliance filling the earth and heaven. 658. वीर: (vīraḥ) = One able to travel anywhere freely. 659. अनन्त: (anantaḥ) = One pervading everywhere freely. 660. धनञ्जयः (dhananjayaḥ) = Arjuna who conquered and gained the wealth of all four quarters. |
ब्रह्मण्यो ब्रह्मकृद््ब्रह्मा ब्रह्म ब्रह्मविवर्धन: । ब्रह्मविद्ब्राह्मणो ब्रह्मी ब्रह्मज्ञो ब्राह्मणप्रिय: ।। 71 ।। 661. ब्रह्मण्य: (brahmaṇyaḥ) = One who promotes Brahmanas, who represent Vedic knowledge and austerity leading to Brahmic realization. 662. ब्रह्मकृत् (brahmakṛt) = One performing tapas (austerity). 663. ब्रह्मा (brahmā) = Creator. 664. ब्रह्म (brahma) = One given to expansion. One who is the ultimate Truth. 665. ब्रह्मविवर्धन: (brahmavivardhanaḥ) = One who promotes austerity and allied disciplines. 666. ब्रह्मवित् (brahmavit) = One well versed in Vedas and their true import. 667. ब्राह्मण: (brāhmaṇaḥ) =One who, knowing Brahman, instructs the means to attain Brahman. 668. ब्रह्मी (brahmī) = One who embodies austerity, Vedic knowledge etc. which essentially represents Brahman. 669. ब्रह्मज्ञ: (brahmajñaḥ) = One who knows Brahman well. 670. ब्राह्मणप्रिय: (brāhmaṇahpriyaḥ) = One dear to Braahmanas, to whom Braahmanas too are dear. |
महाक्रमो महाकर्मा महातेजा महोरग: । महाक्रतुर्महायज्वा महायज्ञो महाहवि: ।। 72 ।। 671. महाक्रम: (mahākramaḥ) = One with magnificent strides. 672. महाकर्मा (mahākarmā) = One given to stupendous tasks like creation and preservation of world. 673. महातेजा: (mahātejāḥ) = One of exquisite splendour, the source of all luminaries in the world. 674. महोरगा: (mahoragāḥ) = The great serpent. 675. महाक्रतु: (mahākratuḥ) = The great sacrifice, Ashwamedha and the like. 676. महायज्वा (mahāyajvā) = The great performer of sacrfices meant for the welfare of the world. 677. महायज्ञ: (mahāyajñaḥ) = The great sacrifice. 678. महाहवि: (mahāhaviḥ) = The great sacrificial offering, namely the world, conceived as the manifestation of Brahman. |
