sadguru

sanskrit : सद्गुरु ; a good teacher.

sādhaka

sādhaka  ( Sanskrit : साधक) is someone who follows a particular  sādhanā , or a way of life designed to realize the goal of one's ultimate ideal, whether it is merging with  brahman  or realization of one's personal deity.

sādhanā

sanskrit: साधना; a sādhaka (spiritual aspirant) undertakes a pursuit (sādhanā) to attain the fruition (siddhi's). Generally speaking sādhanā is a discipline or dedicated effort undertaken in the pursuit of a goal, liberation in this case.
