"Unflinching devotion to the Teacher is paramount in the life of a true seeker. To begin with, an external God can be the object of faith. But once the devotee grows to be a seeker, only a Wise Teacher can fulfil his quest.  It is then for the seeker to get purified and enlightened by the words of wisdom from his Guru.  Their bond and attunement put the Teacher on the pedestal of God.  Such an impeccable Guru-sishya bond alone bestows wisdom, strength and fulfillment to the seeker."

Bhagavad Gita - A Book of
Interactional Saadhana
  • Sublimation through Introspection

I think this self-examination is required not only in spiritual or religious sadhana, but also in any other walk of life. For any individual, aspiring for a prosperous life in the world, a thorough evaluation of his personality is required in order to find out what must be incorporated and what must be overcome or avoided.

  • PR 30 Aug 2017 - Make Interactions Equal to Meditation

I think the success of your life depends upon how to make the non-meditational interactional life equal to what you have in a meditative absorptional state. What is that secret by virtue of which interactions do not bother us, they stimulate us and interactional outcomes get assimilated into oneself to become enrichment - I think this should be the thought and the focus for you. Whenever you are unhappy in your interaction, make sure that your own mind and its emotions are responsible for it - either desire, hatred or possessiveness.

  • PR 29 Jan 2013 -Interactional Saadhana - A Bhagavad Gita Message

Learn to seek refuge under the indwelling Lord, the indweller of your heart. And in so doing do not be unnecessarily selective or specific or choosy. All the things that come from your mind use everyone as if it were a flower and then use it as an offer to the indwelling Lord.  To the indweller you cannot make any offer of material, gold, silver, dress or anything like that. So you have to approach the indwelling Lord through your mental products. What are these products? Attitude on the one hand, like love, fondness, respect, regard and then a decisiveness that should adorn your mind and intelligence. What is that decisiveness? Whoever is residing in my heart is the Lord of the whole universe. And He is the one who revolves you in the body, in the mind, and intelligence, and He is the one who revolves this earth, who keeps the universe constantly revolutional or revolutionary, revolving.

  • PR 29 Aug 2013 - Adjust and Accommodate to get over Interpersonal Issues

While we do consider good behavior, bad behavior etc. let us understand the cardinal truth that anyone who has got a wrong behavior, he is not ultimately to be blamed for it. Once you accept you will not resent and revolt against the irregular behaviors of the others. Now, when you live in your own house, the members of the house are there. If you are in an ashram, the inmates of the ashram are there. I don’t think at any point of time you can have a feeling that, ‘He is not alright, so I will not get along with him.’ I say, you become the second criminal. The first criminal is his behavior is not alright. Seeing his misbehavior or wrong behavior if you feel, ‘I cannot get along with him’, I believe you are a double criminal or you incur a double crime. While you complain about his misbehavior, you are displaying a much greater misbehavior. ‘His behavior is not alright, it becomes difficult; still I will get along with you.’ If this is your attitude then you can be approved.

  • PR 25 Jun 2013 - Float Over Your Mind

What is happening to the mind? The same mind produces a number of thoughts, emotions, everything comes and goes. Endless is the process but mind is the same. How can the single mind give rise to myriad thoughts? How does this magic take place? How does it produce? Where the produced thoughts are reigning, and where do they disappear? They go on, go on, go on…(observing). The mind produces infinite length of thoughts, variety of thoughts. So what would be the source mind like, its potential? They start imagining, observing, experiencing, and then they become delightful. Oh! My dear mind, you are the magic that I know. There is nothing greater than that. You produce a number of thoughts, try to get me involved in them. Ultimately all thoughts disappear. Then why did I get involved? Why did I become miserable? Misery is uncalled for. Agitation is nonsensical. Tension is unfounded. Nevertheless I am victimized by all these things. What is this jugglery? How long can it go?
